The importance of Pets in our Lives

The importance of pets in our lives is the most trending topic nowadays. Many people do not know the importance of pets in our lives. Although animals are as important in life as a family member. They are very loyal with love, and friends and they are caring.

Pets bring happiness into our lives and create beautiful bonds with owners. They act as companions in our lives and give quality time to our lives. 

In this article, I will tell you how important it is to have pets in your life and will also share my personal experience.

Pets and Mental Health

Due to today’s busy activities, human mental health is getting disturbed a lot. Mental health cannot be denied. People are unaware of mental health. To improve mental health, we have to take some time off from these activities. If you have pets then you can improve your mental health. Pets bring joy into our lives.

Animals like dogs and cats are our best friends. there is a strong bond between animals and humans and this gives a companionship.

If we take care of the animal, our mind gets diverted and our level of anxiety and depression gets reduced. We become more social.  as a result, our mental health becomes better.

You go to the park with your four-legged friend, play with it, do exercise, you bounce the ball, then bring it back, in this way you move with it, your mental health gets improved. You feel mentally refreshed.

according to the survey, 74% people having pets improved mental health.

Pets reduce Depression and Stress Level

Having pets in life helps to reduce stress level. nowadays, people are very worried in life, they get worried about small things and become victims of depression. Man keeps thinking too much and cannot focus on any work, nor can anything reduce his depression.

If you have pets like cat or dogs in your life then you can control your depression. You will take care of him, take care of everything, animal acts like a child in our life. They prove to be very good companions and will also attach with you and you will feel a deep happiness.

let me tell you that i too was a victim of depression a few months ago. I felt as if life has ended, there is nothing for me, no one is going to take care of me.

Then my friend gave me suggest i should bring cats.and that’s what i did. I take care of thier food and drink and take care of their cleanliness.she has been with me a lot. Wherever I go, they follow me. She won’t leave me alone. She stays with me at night and wakes me up in the morning. They has ended my depression level and I am very happy with my cats.

Having Pets Control your Blood Pressure

Blood pressure  has become everyone’s issue these days. If you have furry cats. When you touch his hair, you are happily informed that your blood pressure becomes normal. I think animal are  a life saver so it would not be wrong to say.

Obviously ,you will also think the same

 You go with your animals like cat and dog, go for a walk, playing with them and socialize. You also exercise with them. By doing this your blood pressure,heart rate and cholesterol level  reduces.

Here I will share another experience of my mother who have high blood pressure issue.

She thought too much and worried about small things. She used to take a lot of tension and stress this caused blood pressure to become high. Ever since I brought the cats, she has become attached to them and seems to care for them a lot.Now her mind has become fresh and his blood pressure has become normal.

According to a survey , people who have pets, their above parameters become normal.

Pets Don’t Leave you Alone

Pets are our faithful and loyal friends.

When a person becomes a victim of depression, he likes to stay alone. He keeps himself locked in his room, does not allow anyone to come near him. By doing this he may go into dangerous levels of depression  and he starts preferring to be alone.

Pets can help in reducing loneliness. Specially for those people who like be alone  who have lost a spouse or who have gone through a breakup. Humans like to live in these conditions. According to researcher, with increasing age, loneliness also increases and this loneliness create negative effects on our lives

Having pets with him he will never be lonely. Keeping pets gives you more of a companion.

Here let me give you one of my examples.

When I used to suffer from depression, I also used to like an alarm, it was just about to die and my condition was also getting worse. So my cats put an end to my loneliness.

above I told you that my cat never leaves me aline, she stays with me all the time.

If I ever go out and don’t take her with me, she looks for me at home. When come back, she lies with my legs and tries to make out with me. wherever i go, she goes with me.

Pets make you more Social and create Community

if you have an animal, you take it for a walk, you meet a lot of people, talk to them, talk to them about their animals and ask them about thier pets. you become social.

there is an unbreakable bond between animals and humans who can’t be found anywhere.a pets owner is happy to see the other pets and tries to talk to her owner about where you got it from and how much did you get it for.

everyone wants to know the importance of animals in their society. different pets owner starts visiting your house. even in public places away from homes, people meet and talk about different pets. in this way people are very social and form a community. presence of pets in life creat calm and grounding experience.

people want to meet others and thier pets. they  held fair whare pets owner come with cats and dogs. they talk about their pets in public spaces.

children are also attach and start to play with pets. even they become very happy to see them.

Boost immunity level

Owning a pet improves us mentally, physically and emotionally. We play with pet walk and run, then our blood pressure reduces. Mostly pet owners go to the park with their pets and exercise with them. Doing this can help them get rid of many diseases like blood pressure heart disease etc.
The American Heart Association reports that Playing and walking with pets like cat or dog boosts our immunity system.
Either you are aged or your physical ability is not good but if you have pets then in my opinion you are young. do you agree with me.
obviously you do and you should.

Pets teach Loyality

Animals are very loyal and have the power of unconditional love. They have a natural sense of empathy and with this feeling support us. When a pet owner becomes ill, they understand the condition and feel naturally. Pets are emotionally attach with us like children.
As time goes on, we are becoming victims of issues like Loneliness and depression. Animals are always with us and Stick with you no matter what . Becoming a new pet owner provide a great pleasure in life.

So in this article, I told you about the importance of Pets in life. Owning a pet have healthy benefit for us. They can increase opportunities to exercise, get outside, and socialize. Regular walking or playing with pets can improve mental health, decrease blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and boost immunity level. Pets can help manage loneliness and depression by giving us companionship. Pets also teach us a loyality by taking care of us.
